Product descriptions and images are intended to be accurate, though screen appearance and normal product tolerance may vary. An order is an offer to buy and is accepted after confirmation and payment processing. We may refuse or cancel orders for payment, stock, delivery address, obvious pricing error, fraud or misuse reasons.

Prices are shown in GBP with VAT included where applicable. UK delivery is free unless clearly stated otherwise. The checkout price controls the final amount charged.

Delivery is UK only and usually takes 3–4 working days after dispatch. Timing estimates may change due to courier delays, weather, bank holidays or events outside reasonable control.

Returns, cancellation and warranty are explained in our Delivery & Returns and Warranty pages, and do not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

You must not use the site unlawfully, submit false information, interfere with security, scrape content, or commercially copy site materials. Website content, images, design and branding are owned or licensed for personal shopping use only.

Checkout, payment, delivery, analytics and support may be provided by trusted third parties with their own policies. Privacy details are set out in our Privacy Policy under UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

We may correct errors and update these Terms where permitted by law. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability that cannot be excluded under UK law.
